Lots of you know that I make the effort to exercise, even when I’m quite busy. I usually prefer to do my exercise in the privacy of my own home. This doesn’t mean I’m adverse to the gym or classes. I actually quite enjoy them. But I can do more in less time and with more variety at home. Best of all, it keeps me off my backside while I’m catching up on my favorite shows!
I’m really into picking the right fitness wear for the job now as well. At home, it’s warmer, so a tank top is ideal with some capri pants. If I’m out in the yard or street running, the weather will dictate what I wear to protect myself from the elements. I love how trendy fitness wear is right now. And as it’s supportive, it looks quite slimming too!
